Jazz Band

DCU Jazz band has gone from strength to strength since it's initiation last year.

Featuring 2 trumpets, 4 trombones, 2 saxophones, Drums, upright bass, guitar and 2 singers, It plays an eclectic sort of jazz , varying from old jazz and swing faithfuls to modern funk and bebop.

Regularly seen playing at various events in DCU, the band is now expanding into city venues and hopes that it can reach greater heights. It rehearses every Tuesday from 6-7 and new members are always welcome.
